An unidentified woman in her 30s was found lying face down and unresponsive on a patio in the 1800 block of South 22nd Street in Philadelphia by the homeowner, police detailed in the release.
PFD-Medic Unit pronounced her dead at 6:42 p.m.
"There appears to be no visible trauma to the body and no drug paraphernalia on the scene," as stated in the police release.
The woman's body was taken to the Medical Examiner's Office to determine the cause of death.
The scene was being held.
